How long will the delivery take and how much will it cost ?

For Delivery in Mauritius

The delivery will be done within 7 days by Aramex, you will receive a tracking number after Aramex pick up your order and they will be in contact with you for delivery.  

What are the payment methods ?

Our Site accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop ? Is my data protected ?

We respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority.

We do not store credit card information. Our payment processor is Cyber source associated with Barclays Bank and payment is handled by them.  

Bella Donna does not share customer information (including email addresses and phone numbers) outside the Bella Donna family of companies unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from Bella Donna. We may also disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of Bella Donna or as required or permitted by law.

Do I receive an invoice for my payment ?

You will receive an email that will confirm your order after you have made a purchase on the website.

What about Return and/or Exchanges ?
  1. Return and exchange must be done in one of our Bella Donna shop.
  2. All after sales service will be made upon presentation of receipt or the order number.
  3. All returns and exchanges should be made within 7 days.
  4. Only items proven to have manufactured defects will be exchanged or refunded.
  5. Product must be returned in its original state and packaging.
  6. Proof of Purchace, in the form of a valid sale receipt, must be presented upon exchange
  7. Items on sales cannot be exchanged, refunded or repaired.
  8. The management reserves the right for all refunds.
